Overview and Scope

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern any promotional offer presented by Ffbet (the “Site”). By participating in any promotion, you accept these terms in addition to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The Site reserves the right to amend offers, apply restrictions, or terminate promotions at its sole discretion in accordance with these terms.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • Promotions are available to individual players who are 18 years of age or older and reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and offered by Ffbet.
  • New customers are eligible for the Welcome Promotion only once per household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device.
  • Users must complete identity verification (KYC) and, where required, payment-method verification prior to claiming any bonus or processing withdrawals.
  • Prompt disqualification may occur if fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, or any other activity that breaches these terms is detected.

Bonus Offers

  • Welcome Promotion: Ffbet may offer a Welcome Bonus comprising a deposit match up to €2,000 plus up to 200 Free Spins on eligible games. The bonus and spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and game-validity rules described below.
  • Promotional offers other than the Welcome Promotion are subject to separate terms published at the time of the offer and shall supplement these Terms where applicable.

How to Claim and Opt-In

  1. To participate, opt in to the promotion on the Site and make a qualifying deposit in the method(s) specified for the offer.
  2. Bonus funds and any associated spins are credited to your account upon successful completion of the verification checks and qualifying deposit(s).
  3. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn, subject to the rules below.

Wagering Requirements and Turnover

The standard wagering requirement for deposit-based promotions is calculated as: (Deposits plus Bonus) multiplied by 20. For no-deposit bonuses, only the bonus amount is subject to wagering. Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement as the applicable bonus if not otherwise stated.

  • Only wagers placed on real-money games count toward turnover requirements in accordance with game contribution rules described below.
  • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of grant. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it shall be forfeited.

Game Contributions to Turnover

  • Slots and RNG-based games contribute 50% toward turnover requirements.
  • Roulette (all variations) contributes 25% toward turnover requirements.
  • Fishing games contribute 25% toward turnover requirements.
  • Live Casino and Sportsbook bets count toward turnover only when they generate a win or loss; otherwise, they do not contribute to turnover.

Restrictions on Use and Abusive Play

  • Only one bonus can be active at any time. Accrual of multiple bonuses is prohibited unless explicitly stated for a specific promotion.
  • Ffbet reserves the right to confiscate all bonus winnings and suspend or close accounts where there is manipulation, collusion, or use of prohibited strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements (for example, delaying game rounds, betting in a manner intended to reduce risk unrealistically, or exploiting software malfunctions).
  • The Site may reverse or cancel bonus activation and resulting winnings if abuse is suspected, and may revoke future bonus eligibility for the account holder.

Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Winnings derived from bonuses are considered bonus winnings and may not be withdrawn until the turnover conditions are met. Once wagering requirements are fulfilled, you may request a withdrawal of eligible funds in accordance with standard withdrawal policies and verification checks.

Verification and Security Checks

Ffbet may request documentation to verify identity, age, address, and payment methods in order to process withdrawals or promotions. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in restriction or denial of bonus eligibility and withdrawals.

Account Activity and Compliance

  • Ffbet may monitor for suspicious or non-compliant activity and take actions including but not limited to restricting promotions, voiding bonus winnings, or terminating accounts.
  • We may contact you to confirm personal and payment details to process withdrawals or bonuses. Providing accurate information is required for continued participation in promotions.

Term, Modification, and Termination

  • Promotions have defined validity periods; credits expire in accordance with the offer terms and these conditions. Ffbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to these terms shall be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ffbet operates. Any disputes arising from or related to promotions shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution framework published by Ffbet and, where applicable, in the appropriate competent court or arbitration forum.

Privacy, Data, and Cookies

Promotional activities are subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By accepting a bonus, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering promotions, verifying eligibility, and preventing fraud.

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet regarding promotions and supersede all prior communications.
  • No Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
