Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the FFbet platform (the “Site”) and the services offered through FFbet, including casino, sports betting and live dealer gaming (collectively, the “Services”). Exclusionary Territories

FFbet maintains a list of Excluded Territories where access or participation in the Services is prohibited. That list may change from time to time without notice. It is your obligation to confirm whether your location permits use of the Services before participation. If you are located in an Excluded Territory, you must not use the Site.

Account Registration and Ownership

• To open an FFbet Account you must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and verify your identity as requested by FFbet.
• Accounts must be registered in the user’s legal name and may be used by the named account holder only. Dual or shared use of accounts is prohibited.
• You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed and funds deposited or withdrawn.

Single Account Policy

Only one active FFbet Account per individual is permitted. FFbet may suspend or close additional accounts that are found to be duplicate or associated with the same user, and may reallocate funds to a single account. Bonuses or winnings arising in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Identity Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

FFbet reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity, address and source of funds at any time. Verification may be required prior to deposits, withdrawals or substantial account activity. FFbet may restrict, suspend or terminate the Service pending verification. You consent to the processing of personal data for AML, regulatory and security purposes, and to the disclosure of information as required by applicable law or regulators.

Security and Access Controls

You must maintain the confidentiality of your Account details. FFbet may employ security measures including two‑factor authentication (2FA) and transaction monitoring. FFbet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain security or share credentials.

Deposits and Payments

• Deposits must originate from funds legally belonging to the account holder. Third‑party deposits are prohibited; FFbet may refund deposits and void winnings if third‑party funds are detected.
• Multiple currencies are supported. Deposits are converted to the Account currency at the prevailing rate, with any conversion costs borne by you.
• FFbet may require additional identity or source‑of‑funds information to effect deposits or to comply with AML procedures.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Promotions are governed by their specific terms and conditions. Bonus offers will be disclosed on the Promotion page, including wager requirements, eligibility and expiry. While a casino bonus is active, there may be a maximum bet per spin (for example, 5 currency units) or a cap based on a percentage of the total bonus. Wagering requirements apply to convert bonus funds into withdrawable winnings and must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus or related winnings.

Withdrawals and Payouts

• Withdrawals require completion of applicable verification checks. You may be asked to provide identity documents, proof of address and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• Wagering requirements applicable to deposits may affect withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are processed within stated timeframes after approval and are subject to compliance checks for anti‑money laundering and fraud prevention.
• Funds marked as bonus or related to bonus inactivity may be non‑withdrawable until the corresponding conditions are met.

FFbet excludes liability for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to outages, third‑party interference, or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Changes to the Terms

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may withdraw your funds and discontinue use of the Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FFbet operates and will be interpreted accordingly. Disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or by alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: No failure to enforce a provision constitutes a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: FFbet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity. You may not assign your rights without FFbet’s consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FFbet regarding the Services.
